"Sex and stones": Rappresentazioni della sessualità nella scultura medieovale (e altrove)

Prof. Pace will discuss the infrequent use of themes related to sexuality in Italian Medieval art, as opposed to French or Spanish Medieval art, where it is sometimes encountered in sacred architecture or illuminated manuscripts.

The Library will hold a sale of duplicate books on April 16 (reserved for the Friends of the Library and the AAR community) and April 17 (open to all Library readers) from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm.
