The American Academy in Rome invites the public to experience the work of its Rome Prize and Italian Fellows during Summer Open Studios. This special event offers a rare opportunity to step inside the studios and shared spaces of the McKim, Mead & White Building, where Fellows have been developing their projects over the past year.
The evening will feature installations, readings, performances, and collaborative works across a wide range of artistic disciplines. Visitors will encounter projects that reflect the questions, themes, and creative processes that have guided the Fellows’ work this season.
Open to the public and shared globally through the Academy’s social media channels, the event marks the culmination of a dynamic year of creativity and exchange. It is both a celebration of artistic accomplishment and a window into the vibrant community fostered by the Academy’s 2024–25 Rome Prize winners and Italian Fellows.
