Cambridge Archaeological Journal, specialized on social archaeology, publishes research on the archaeology of every region and on every period, from the earliest stages of human evolution to the archaeology of contemporary cities. CAJ also publishes articles on archaeological theory and empirical discoveries whose significance transcends a specific region. Access to v.7 (1997) to v.27 (2017) (AAR only) and, beginning with v.35 (2025), open access. The volumes prior to 1997 are available at the Library.
