Fulvio Peppucci, a senior executive and former partner at Bain & Company, is the COO of the American Academy in Rome. He has more than twenty-five years of experience in business management, strategic consulting, and international development.

Throughout his career, Peppucci has driven successful scale-ups and business consolidations across the education, digital and e-commerce, luxury and fashion, and media sectors. He served as General Manager at The Level Group and led the relaunch of Sole 24 ORE Formazione as Managing Director. Most recently, he served as Director of Student Operations at Multiversity SpA, where he led efforts to continuously improve the student and alumni experience at a large scale.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Peppucci’s commitment to social impact has led him to spearhead major international development and social enterprise ventures in collaboration with the IFC/World Bank and governments across the Asia-Pacific region.
